Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✅ Be unused and in the same condition as received
✅ Be in its original packaging
✅ Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:
🚫 Customized or personalized items
🚫 Gift cards
🚫 Digital/downloadable products
🚫 Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • The return is initiated after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe (subject to approval).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds?

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—sometimes it takes time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at{rejeyco@gmail.com} before shipping your item to {physical address}.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return an item, mail it to: {physical address}.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable—if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
